"Ginger"
'Ginger" is a female Agile wallaby joey who was found near the school at Wongaling Beach at 6:30am in the morning of 1st September, 2005. Her young mother had been hit by a car and she was still in her pouch. Ginger was lucky to be alive with only a small bruise. She had only a little fur and weighed 450 grams.
